Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a seasoned frontend leader to guide engineering teams in building scalable, enterprise-grade web apps. You will drive React-based frontend architecture, oversee performance optimisations, and collaborate with product and backend teams in an Agile environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in frontend development, 4-5 years in leadership, and strong experience with React, TypeScript, REST/GraphQL. You will mentor engineers and shape frontend strategy across SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• Around 10+ years of frontend development experience with 4-5 years leading engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs/ GraphQL and modern frontend practices.
• Hands-on with React Hooks, Context API, Redux/Redux Toolkit, React Router, and micro frontend architecture.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, state management, responsive UI development, and frontend performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes), modern build tools, and frontend testing frameworks.
• Experience designing Web and Mobile SDKs.
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS or enterprise web applications in Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills with ability to balance technical excellence and delivery.
