• Explore scenario pain points and define new cross-category categories.
• Lead 0-to-1 front-end innovation from brainstorming to concept documents and prototypes.
• Conduct advanced engineering research on cross-technology integration and new interaction technologies.
• Reverse-define product performance from user scenarios and establish core experience standards.
• Oversee multiple prototype iterations and real-scenario testing to validate differentiating features.
• Coordinate with design, R&D, marketing, and supply chain for smooth handover to mass production.
• Benchmark competitors and track industry trends to inform strategy.
• Consolidate innovation methodologies and build a reusable product-innovation asset base.
