Productiv, a distributed team, is seeking a Software Engineer I to contribute to core customer-facing product areas. You will own function-specific projects, work across the stack, build, maintain, and iterate on systems that solve real user problems, and help ensure quality through peer reviews and documentation.

You will collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into technical solutions, grow your skills, and contribute with increasing independence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with modern JS/TS, Java, Go, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of full-stack development principles.

Responsibilities

• Own small to medium features and contribute to larger projects.
• Participate in technical design discussions and evaluate trade-offs.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews.
