Job summary

Jobicy is seeking a Team Lead for our Frontend development team. You will drive architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality software, while guiding and mentoring a group of frontend engineers in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead Nuxt.js SSR migration, focus on performance, Core Web Vitals, and collaborate with backend, product, and DevOps teams. The role blends hands-on coding with line management to help the team grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development with frontend focus.
• 2+ years in leadership or line management (mentoring, evaluations).
• Strong JS/TS (ES6+), CSS preprocessors (Less/Sass), Webpack, Git.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor frontend developers within Marketing Tech and Social domain.
• Drive architecture and design decisions for scalable, high-performance software.
• Lead Nuxt.js migration and SSR roadmap execution.
• Focus on performance engineering and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Maintain hands-on coding, architecture, and code reviews alongside management.
• Manage performance reviews, 1-on-1s, and career development.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams to refine requirements.
