Job summary

EY Alpharetta is hiring a Staff Workflow Platform Engineer to build, test and support enterprise workflow, orchestration and intelligent automation solutions. The role contributes to workflow services, API integrations, platform components, testing and operational support while developing expertise in modern automation technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of software development, integration, application configuration or automation experience.
• Experience with at least one programming language or workflow/low-code platform.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, Git and software development lifecycle practices.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in an Agile team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance workflow services, workers, APIs, connectors and reusable platform components under team guidance.
• Implement assigned user stories using established architecture, coding standards and delivery practices.
• Configure BPMN processes, forms, business rules, human tasks and integration points.
• Support workflow deployment, versioning, monitoring and technical documentation activities.
• Contribute to automation solutions that use case management, business rules or event-driven workflows.
