Edra Inc. is hiring a frontend-focused Product Engineer in New York. You’ll craft high-quality user-facing experiences using TypeScript and React, shaping frontend architecture and design decisions.

You’ll own features end-to-end, collaborate with design and AI engineers, and drive cross-functional initiatives from whiteboard to production. We value engineers who can balance velocity and quality, contribute to a shared engineering culture, and help build foundational systems from scratch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience (CS degree not required).
• Strong TypeScript skills with well-typed, well-documented code.
• Experience building libraries, SDKs, or internal tooling.
• Ability to own a problem end-to-end and work with ambiguity to a defined solution.
• Interest in building foundational systems from scratch and shaping technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality user-facing product experiences primarily in TypeScript and React.
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
• Contribute to the direction and design of the product and interfaces.
• Own your work end-to-end: context gathering, dependency management, and task completion without a PM.
