Job Responsibilities

• Proven production experience on customer-facing, large-scale applications (not small one‑off tools).
• Prefer candidates with production experience on large‑scale, customer‑facing applications at known companies rather than small internal tools.
• Strong CS fundamentals and architecture (SOLID, scalability, maintainability).
• Solid experience with state management and front‑end tooling.
• Evaluate code quality, real‑world impact, and ability to scale.
• Avoid underqualified people who introduce long‑term maintenance problems.
