Job summary

Fraction is seeking a Frontend Developer to design and build user interfaces for web applications. You will collaborate with the frontend team to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience, and you will test and debug code to meet project requirements.

The role requires at least 3 years of frontend experience, with 2+ years in React/Next.js, strong JavaScript/TypeScript, and a solid understanding of the React ecosystem. Remote work opportunities are available with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years frontend development experience, incl. 2+ years with React/Next.js.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+ proficiency.
• Extensive React ecosystem knowledge: Hooks, Context, Redux/Zustand, SSR/SSG.
• RESTful API integration experience.
• Experience leading a team of developers and working in Scrum.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD and containers.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
