Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in React and RxJS

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of React features from design review to production and measurement.
• Own front-end architecture to improve performance, maintainability, and DX.
• Implement accessible UI with React and custom components.
• Collaborate with design and product to deliver polished experiences.
• Integrate with APIs, define contracts, and handle auth, state, and error flows.
• Uphold code quality via reviews, linting, type safety, and CI/CD.
• Contribute to design system patterns and reusable components.
• Raise observability with client-side logging, Datadog, and experiment flags for safe rollout.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate scaffolding, tests, and refactors but always reviewing AI output for correctness, security, and performance.
