Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking a Frontend Software Engineering Intern to contribute to a production React app. You will build UI components, integrate APIs, and participate in code reviews under guidance from experienced engineers.

This 12‑week internship offers hands‑on frontend experience and exposure to PlayStation marketing tooling. You will work with HTML/CSS/JS basics, React concepts, and TypeScript in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in CS/CE or related field.
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals.
• Familiar with React concepts; willing to learn TypeScript in production code.
• Able to read JSON and make simple API requests; basic Git experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration mindset.
• Interest in testing and accessible UI.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve React components for audience workflows and dashboards.
• Translate product requirements into clear UI with loading, empty, error, and permission states.
• Explore routes, components, data and state to implement focused improvements in production code.
• Write and update tests and component examples; verify in browser.
• Collaborate with engineers and product partners; discuss requirements and tradeoffs.
