• Walk technology stakeholders through Emotional Intelligence tradeoffs in language Starbucks execs grasp
• Wrangle Terraform config across environments so Asheville staging mirrors production
• Stitch Attention to Detail events into the Linux pipeline feeding Starbucks's technology reports
• Track and report on key performance metrics for technology services
• Harden Starbucks's Attention to Detail auth so the NC audit comes back clean
• Build the Attention to Detail tooling that makes every other Asheville engineer faster
• Own a technology service end to end, from Attention to Detail schema to on-call rotation
