• Steward a beautiful, fast, and accessible front‑end web platform and maintain the CMS behind it (Dato)
• Improve the demo experience at demo.mercury.com to help potential customers understand how Mercury can work for them
• Build new tools that help founders
• Collaborate with designers to infuse the marketing site and web application with moments of whimsy and small UI delights
• Spark unique moments of joy with larger experiential projects that help Mercury grow

Qualifications

• Has 3-5 years of frontend development experience, including experience with React and TypeScript, along with strong web platform fundamentals.
• Has experience working on a content-driven site leveraging a CMS.
• Empathizes with users and can channel their perspective to build lovable products.
• Can balance tradeoffs and find creative solutions to accomplish goals.
• Likes pushing the boundaries of what they can do with technology, leveraging creativity to build something interesting.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with peers and cross-functional counterparts.

Compensation

• US employees (any location): $140,800 – 158,400
• Canadian employees (any location): CAD $133,100 – 149,700
