Job summary

State Farm is hiring a frontend developer to build and support the contact center desktop, driving migration to Angular, micro-frontends, and module federation. You will collaborate with Claims, Operations, and other teams to deliver high-quality solutions and improve contact center outcomes using strong engineering practices.

Requires 3+ years in frontend development with Angular/React, AWS experience, and familiarity with CI/CD, IaC, responsive UI/UX, monitoring, and QA.

Qualifications

Requires at least three years of frontend development experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React, along with working experience using AWS services.
Candidates should also have experience with contact center technology, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code tools, responsive UI/UX, monitoring, and quality assurance, as well as strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and support the contact center representative desktop while helping advance the platform strategy, including migration to Angular, micro-frontends, and module federation.
Collaborate with Claims, Operations, and other teams to deliver high-quality solutions, improve contact center outcomes, and apply strong engineering practices.
