Job summary

Ironflow AI is building the world's first AI-native ERP for defense manufacturing: a clean-slate system that thinks, reasons, and acts alongside the people who build, protect, and defend our way of life.

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer with 2-6 years of experience to join our early-stage team. You will translate Figma designs into polished, responsive frontend code using React, TypeScript, Next.js and TailwindCSS, and contribute to real-time dashboards and intelligent forms.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years frontend engineering with React and TypeScript (2 YoE acceptable for exceptional candidates)
• Translate Figma designs into polished, production-ready frontend code
• Own frontend testing, validation, and safe rollout practices (A/B testing, Playwright)
• Ability to be on-site in San Diego 3 days/week or 1 week/month

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement frontend features using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Build structured chat interfaces, real-time dashboards, and intelligent form systems
• Own frontend testing, validation, and safe rollout practices (A/B testing, Playwright) to ship changes confidently
