Ideal candidates have 2+ years of frontend experience with React/TypeScript, and are adept at evaluating model outputs and optimizing frontend performance across models.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Experience building modern web apps with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Regular use of AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, or Gemini CLI.
• Ability to evaluate model-generated frontend implementations and performance.

Responsabilités

• Use frontier AI coding agents to complete and evaluate tasks.
• Review model-generated frontend code for correctness, quality, maintainability, accessibility, and performance.
• Identify bugs, edge cases, and failure modes in model outputs.
• Compare outputs from multiple frontier models and assess strengths and weaknesses.
• Apply professional engineering judgment to frontend scenarios.
