Our client, a rapidly growing real estate development firm located in Orlando, is looking for a mid-senior level Frontend Engineer.

About the Opportunity:

• Fully Remote: Residing in FL, GA, NC, TN, AL
• Schedule: 8:30 – 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Create responsive web applications and user interfaces
• Implement UI designs and create user-facing components
• Develop React/TypeScript applications, mobile-responsive design, and state management
• Build tenant and portal for rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease management
• Create property manager dashboard with real-time analytics and reporting
• Develop mobile-first responsive design for all user interfaces
• Implement real-time notifications and messaging systems
• Design accessible interfaces following WCAG guidelines

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of modern front-end development experience
