Job summary

Optiveum is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer (TypeScript / Vue.js) to own the design, development and evolution of the user interface for OpenGDDS. You will work with UX/UI, backend, data, AI, and product teams in an international setting, reporting to Optiveum under a cooperation agreement.

The role is fully remote, full-time (40 h/week) with a Warsaw-based team. Start date to be agreed. English is required for recruitment and collaboration across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Proficient with Vue3 and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Tailwind, Vite, Inertia.js, Vitest/Playwright and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve scalable frontend apps using TS and Vue.js.

Senior Frontend Developer (TS/Vue.js) We are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Developer (TypeScript / Vue.js) to join a global team working on OpenGDDS, a digital product that supports nonclinical research through semantic search and automated document creation. The agentic system is built on Databricks and custom AWS infrastructure, with the frontend developed in Vue.js. You will own the design, development and evolution of the user interface, working closely with UX/UI, backend, data, AI, infrastructure and product colleagues in an international, cross-functional setup. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

At least 5 years of experience in frontend software development Hands‑on experience with the team's stack: Vue3, TypeScript, Tailwind, Vite, Inertia.js, Vitest/Playwright and Figma Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Vue.js (or a similar SPA framework such as React or Angular) Experience in user interaction work: running workshops, fast prototyping and working with Figma MCP Experience in a regulated industry and with complex data (ideally early‑stage pharma research; finance/banking experience may be transferable) Broad understanding of software development, including system architecture and coding for scale Ability to explain technical possibilities and trade‑offs clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues Practical interest in experimentation and building MVPs Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership, openness to feedback and reliability in meeting deadlines BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field Fluent English, written and spoken Willingness to provide a criminal record certificate Scientific background or experience working with scientific users Experience building the frontend for RAG or agentic AI systems Python Experience with one or more AWS services Jest for unit testing Playwright for end-to-end testing
