Job Description

Insight Global is looking to add a Front-End Developer to it's clients team sitting hybrid on-site in Saint Louis, MO. This person will be joining the Direct to Consumer organization, as a member of the team that oversees the eCommerce website development. This Developer will be responsible for the design and style of business functionality in mutli-tier web solutions, while improving code quality and infrastructure. This team utilizes HTML/CSS/JavaScript. This Developer needs to be strong in the front-end and enjoy working heavily on the front-end. This person will be responsible for building scalable, unit testable solutions for this clients website applications. This team touches all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including the planning, design, implementation, deployment, operations, and on-going support of the applications. Providing assessments and recommendations on the design of eCommerce systems, while integrating components built by developers, and ensuring architectural integrity of the system, will be part of this persons day. This team interacts heavily with business partners (i.e. Product Owners, Scrum Masters etc.) so someone who is able to collaborate and interact with the business-side of this team is necessary.
