Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions is seeking a frontend developer to build and maintain Angular-based interfaces for a large security dashboard. You will work with AG Grid tables, implement RBAC-based access controls, and integrate REST APIs in a CI/CD friendly environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end testing with Playwright, unit testing with Karma/Jasmine, and adherence to existing SCSS and Tailwind design systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient Angular (16+) and TypeScript with RxJS knowledge.
• Experience implementing AG Grid Enterprise features.
• Familiar with role-based access control patterns (CASL or similar).
• Experience with end-to-end testing (Playwright) and unit tests.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Angular components/features for the dashboard.
• Extend AG Grid-based tables with filtering, saved filters, grouping, and master/detail.
• Wire RBAC (CASL) into UI components and routes for gated actions.
• Consume REST endpoints exposed by the backend API.
• Write and maintain unit tests (Karma/Jasmine) and Playwright e2e tests.
• Follow SCSS/theme architecture and Tailwind conventions for consistency.
• Participate in code reviews and keep SonarQube gates green.
• Coordinate with backend developers on API contract changes.

Pay rate: $70 - $75/hr on W2

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Angular components/features for traffic investigation, workload/service/rules management, and approval workflows
• Implement and extend AG Grid-based tables (filtering, saved filters, grouping, master/detail) for large security datasets
• Wire CASL-based permissions into UI components/routes so actions are gated by role
• Consume and integrate REST endpoints exposed by the backend API
• Write and maintain unit tests (Karma/Jasmine) and Playwright e2e tests, including auth-state fixtures for dev/qa
• Follow existing SCSS/theme architecture and Tailwind conventions to maintain design consistency across the dashboard
• Participate in code review, keep the Sonar quality gate green, and follow Conventional Commit workflow
• Coordinate with backend developers on API contract changes (request/response shapes, pagination, error formats)

Skills Required

• Strong Angular (16+) and TypeScript experience; solid RxJS knowledge
• Experience with AG Grid Enterprise features
• Familiarity with role-based access control patterns (CASL or similar)
• Playwright or comparable e2e testing experience
• Comfortable working in an enterprise SSO/corporate-proxy environment with GitLab CI
