The Role: Front End Web Developer / Experience Engineer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Pay: $45 – $50/hr W2 with benefits - W2 ONLY - NO C2C

• Build Modern Web Apps: Write clean, reusable UI components using NextJS, React, and TypeScript.
• Power Content-Driven UX: Connect headless CMS platforms (like Sanity) to front-end environments and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Elevate Performance & Accessibility: Ensure every pixel is responsive, lightning-fast, SEO-optimized, and fully WCAG accessible.
• Collaborate in Agile: Partner with designers, content creators, and engineers to turn complex requirements into slick, maintainable code.

What You Bring

• CMS & API Know-How: Experience wiring up headless CMS platforms (Sanity is a huge plus!) and fetching dynamic content via APIs.
• The Vibe: A curious, continuous learner with top-notch problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.

Bonus Points

• 3+ years specifically with ReactJS and NextJS.
• Hands‑on experience with Sanity (GROQ queries, schemas), Tailwind CSS, or testing frameworks (Jest/Vitest).
