• Proven ability to mentor and guide UI/UX and frontend teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall micro frontend architecture (routing, shell, communication).
• Design a strategy for incremental migration of legacy screens to micro frontends.
• Establish standards for UI consistency, theming, and branding across micro frontends.
• Plan for shared authentication, authorization, and session management.
• Enable seamless integration of new micro frontends with existing legacy modules during transition.
• Define contracts for inter-micro frontend communication (events, shared state, APIs).
• Mentor and guide frontend teams and governance processes.
