Ladders is seeking a Frontend Architect to shape scalable frontend architectures and drive platform strategy across enterprise digital experiences. This remote role collaborates with product, Security, and AI stakeholders to enable safe, efficient development workflows.

Lead micro-frontend initiatives, establish UI patterns, and improve developer productivity. Strong expertise in React/TypeScript and tooling like Webpack, Vite, and Rollup is required.

• 8+ years of frontend software development experience.
• 3+ years in frontend architecture with organization-wide impact.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript; Angular experience is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Frontend Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the frontend architecture that supports scalable, modern digital experiences across the organization. You will guide platform strategy, improve developer productivity, and help establish consistent patterns that enable teams to build and deliver reliably. The position also partners closely with product, Security, and AI stakeholders to support safe, efficient, and high-quality development workflows.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $129,600 – $288,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve micro-frontend infrastructure using React and Angular
• Drive developer platform strategy to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
• Enable reliable coding agent workflows through structured repositories and documentation
• Establish shared UI patterns for AI-powered experiences in collaboration with product teams
