**Service Lead**

A Service Lead is responsible for leading the Front of House operations during their shift in the restaurant. We are seeking individuals with positive attitudes and strong communication skills. Your dedication to quality, service, and cleanliness will contribute to your success as a leader. Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities:

1. Create positive experiences for guests and team members, fostering a fun and energetic atmosphere.
2. Collaborate with team members to deliver quality food with excellent presentation promptly.
3. Manage opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
4. Lead others through positive communication, teamwork, and delegation to complete tasks.
5. Handle cash management and transactions.
6. Ensure safety of food, team members, and guests.
7. Resolve guest concerns and manage crises effectively.
8. Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the restaurant and equipment.
9. Enforce all company policies and procedures.
10. Master menu portions and allergen information.
11. Proficiently operate Service and Sushi stations.
