Earn up to $2,000 weekly with $1.44 per mile all-in pay plus base CPM $0.77–$0.80, $265 unload, $15 stop, $35 backhaul, $125 weekly bonus, and a $2,500 sign-on paid over 180 days; a 1-week paid ride-along training is included.

Qualifications

• 3 months of commercial driving experience in the last 3 years is required.
• Must be physically able to unload and handle freight.
• Successful completion of drug tests (hair follicle and urinalysis).

Responsibilities

• Weekly Average: Take home an average of $1,750 weekly (top earners hit $2,000/wk; $89k yearly average).
• Pay Breakdown: Up to $1.44 per mile all-in pay. Base CPM from $0.77 to $0.80 (based on experience), $265 per full trailer unload, $15 stop pay, $35 backhaul pay, a $125 weekly 3-load bonus, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid across 180 days.

The Runs & Freight Specs

• Operating Area: Multi-state regional routes across VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV within 700 miles of Front Royal, VA (averaging 1,100 miles weekly).
• Freight Details: 100% touch freight box-by-box unloads using rollers across 1–6 stops per trailer. Includes a 1-week paid ride-along training period ($150/day).

Home Time & Work Schedule

• Weekly Reset: Dependable weekly home time for a 34-hour reset.
• Shifts & Expectations: Requires completing at least 3 loads weekly, with flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications & Compliance

• Experience Rule: Minimum of 3 months of commercial driving experience acquired over the last 3 years (past 36 months).
• Core Skills & Testing: Requires physical readiness for unloads, customer service skills, and passing dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug tests (Doubles endorsement preferred).
