American Driver LLC is seeking Mid-Atlantic Class A drivers for a dedicated retail distribution run out of Front Royal, VA. You’ll unload at stores, enjoy short miles and be home weekly for your 34-hour reset.

Earn $1,750 per week on average (about $89,000 a year), with top performers at $2,000 weekly; pay includes per-mile rates and accessorial pay, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
• Recent, verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Able to hand-unload freight, box by box, with strong customer service.
• Acceptable driving record; no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen; a doubles endorsement is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a dedicated retail distribution run within about 700 miles of Front Royal, VA.
• Unload freight box by box at stores in a driver-unload environment.
• Home weekly for your reset after a 34-hour rest period.
• Operate with 100% driver-unload and 1–6 stops per trailer.

Mid-Atlantic Class A drivers: $1,750 a week, about $89,000 a year, home weekly on a dedicated account.

This is a dedicated retail distribution run out of the Front Royal, VA area. The pay is high because the freight is hands-on — you unload at the stores — and the miles are short, so you're home weekly for your 34-hour reset. If you've got customer-service sense and don't mind touch freight, this seat pays like few others.

What you'll earn

• $1,750 a week on average, about $89,000 a year; top performers make $2,000 a week
• $0.77 to $0.80 a mile based on experience
• All-in pay up to $1.44 a mile, including unload and accessorial pay
• $265 per full trailer unload, $15 per stop, $35 per backhaul
• $2,500 sign-on bonus (eligibility terms apply)
• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Your week

A dedicated retail account within about 700 miles of the Front Royal, VA distribution center — Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Freight is 100% driver-unload, box by box on rollers, a minimum of 3 loads a week, with 1 to 6 stops per trailer. Runs can include nights, weekends and holidays as they fall, and you're home weekly for your reset.

Your truck

A 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth, assigned, with 24/7 dispatch.
