With a commitment to high ownership and accountability, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of project management experience. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 - $125,000 per year along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of project management experience in multifamily construction required.
• Advanced proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications is mandatory.
• Experience working for third-party general contractor in multifamily construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day construction operations and manage project planning.
• Oversee costs and schedules while communicating with all project stakeholders.
• Conduct monthly invoicing review and approve subcontractor invoices.
