Responsibilities
  1. Guest Service: Ensure guest satisfaction by meeting service standards, responding promptly to guest needs, and training staff in guest service excellence. Handle check-ins/check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and assist guests with property knowledge and local attractions. Develop programs to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
  2. People Management and Training: Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure completion of training. Promote a positive work environment and address quality issues with appropriate training and feedback.
  3. Financial Results and Cost Control: Assist in labor management, maximize room revenue through up-selling, monitor room availability, and implement operational changes to enhance revenue and occupancy.
  4. Self/Workload Management: Attend meetings, communicate effectively, organize tasks efficiently, and adhere to SOPs. Maintain reliable attendance and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  5. Safety/Risk Management: Conduct routine inspections, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
