Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
  • Assign duties to staff for efficient department operation.
  • Assist in training, hiring, and coaching associates.
  • Promote teamwork and associate morale.
  • Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
  • Monitor room status, rates, and VIP arrivals.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and other departments.
  • Act as Manager on Duty as required.
Education and Experience
  • Deep knowledge of hotel front desk operations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to exceed guest and team expectations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management.
