Job summary

Alpha FMC is seeking a Solution Architect to join our team. You will lead front-office technology implementations, defining architectures, guiding teams, and ensuring value delivery for clients across the asset and wealth management space.

The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with cloud data platforms, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. A competitive compensation package and professional training are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with front-office technology implementations or related roles.
• Experience with at least two front/middle office domains (risk, analytics, PM, trading, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS).
• Ability to lead executive workshops and steering committees.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead delivery of client’s front-office implementation process from current state to training.
• Lead project planning to establish a detailed SOW and tasks for successful implementation.
• Manage governance with status calls, progress updates, and budget oversight for engagements.
• Lead a team of developers and consultants.
• Ensure documentation and development align with specifications and best practices.
• Promote best practice methodologies for implementation (SDLC, migration strategy, QA).
