  • Provide exceptional service: Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person inquiries from clients, guests, and team members
  • Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly and assist with directions, local recommendations, and general information as needed to enhance the guest experience
  • Prepare group documentation: Organize and verify all paperwork, rooming lists, and necessary details to ensure accurate and timely delivery of guest amenities and group luggage
  • Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
  • Provide administrative support: Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
