Trinity Health’s SAMF Orthopedics Office in Fresno, CA seeks a Front Office Representative. This M-F, day shift role is the first point of contact, handling front desk duties and providing excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone.

You will support patient services, coordinate with clinical and service staff, and maintain accuracy in scheduling, phone etiquette, and medical office systems. A high school diploma, CPR certification, and prior front office experience are preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two (2) years of prior experience as a health care front office assistant/receptionist is preferred.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology is preferred.

Description

Front Office Representative, SAMF Orthopedics Office Position is M-F, Day, 8-hour shift. Reporting to the Practice Manager, this position is the first point of contact and creates the first impression of the medical office. The Front Office Representative is an expert at providing excellent customer services via phone and in person. This position is considered a crucial link between the patient and the care delivered by clinical and service staff. The incumbent must work collaboratively with all service staff in support of direct patient services, exhibiting flexibility, and embodying a “can do” attitude. The position exemplifies the core values and mission of the organization, always exercising utmost discretion, diplomacy and tact in patient/staff interactions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two (2) years of prior experience as a health care front office assistant/receptionist is preferred.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and flexibility is required.
• Strong computer skills with experience and proficiency with medical systems is required.
• Ability to operate general office business machines (e.g., fax, copiers, etc.) is required.
• Strong multi-tasking, planning, organization skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team is required.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology is preferred.

Pay Range

$23.00 - $28.65
