Elevate ENT Partners in Dallas is seeking a friendly Medical Front Desk professional to join our Otolaryngology practice. You will be the first contact for patients, greet visitors warmly, and ensure a welcoming, efficient check-in experience.

You will schedule appointments, manage patient records, answer calls, and work closely with physicians and clinical staff to deliver excellent customer service and smooth patient flow throughout the visit.

As our front desk representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. You will greet them with a warm smile and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable in our office. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and answering phone calls.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will play a key role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
