The role focuses on delivering superior guest service in a fast-paced hotel setting, handling arrivals, reservations, and guest inquiries with professionalism. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of front desk or customer service experience, knowledge of Opera is preferred, and a valid driver’s license for airport transport as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year front desk hotel experience or related customer service work.
• Experience with Opera system is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass driving record check.
• Ability to operate company vehicles for guest transport as needed.
• Works well independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest service.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all situations.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities
