Job summary

IGS Energy seeks a front-office Quality Lead to own quality outcomes for CRM, C&I, and Web, guiding a small team of QA analysts and QE engineers. The role blends coaching and hands-on quality strategy, including release-quality ownership and cross-functional collaboration with PMs and EMs.

The ideal candidate bridges QA and engineering, leading with curiosity and risk-based thinking, and driving continuous improvement across three product areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA/QE teams in a matrixed environment.
• Hands-on in test design, automation, and flaky pipeline debugging.
• Strong ability to coach growth, manage performance and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA analysts and QE engineers across CRM, C&I, and Web.
• Own sprint testing, acceptance criteria, and risk surfacing before UAT.
• Own release-night quality gate rotation and escalation paths.
• Develop signals on escaped defects, coverage, and production issues.
• Collaborate with PMs/EMs to shape testing priorities and quality strategy.
