Job summary

Derivative Path is seeking a Front Office Product Owner with deep product management experience to guide pre-trade capabilities and AI-enabled SDLC workstreams. You will own epics, manage the backlog in Jira, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value features for risk management and hedging workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience from conception to delivery.
• Strong SDLC/AI-DLC and Agile knowledge.
• Deep understanding of capital markets and OTC derivatives.
• Experience owning a product backlog and prioritizing initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a product from conception through delivery within the Front Office team.
• Elaborate epics and user stories with detailed requirements and criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the Jira backlog with regular grooming sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align dependencies and delivery.
• Communicate risks, status, and resource needs to stakeholders.
• Document requirements, plans, and progress for accountability.
• Validate functionality and present new features to the organization.
