Job Details

• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests to maintain positive guest relations. Greet and communicate cordially, and efficiently check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Ensure proper staffing levels for front office associates, including interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and scheduling front desk agents, supervisors, guest service aides, bell staff, concierge staff, and PBX operators.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, investigating situations and employing creative problem-solving to achieve positive outcomes.
• Manage and operate the MICROS system accurately, including all daily transactions and less frequent tasks.
