We have an opportunity for a service-minded Front Office Manager to lead and inspire our great-natured service team. The Front Office Manager will train, supervise, and mentor new hires, setting them up for success. This role involves constant interaction with guests, whether welcoming them from across the ocean or just around the corner. Leading by example is essential.

About you...
  • Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with at least 2 years experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably in an upper upscale or luxury hotel.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of front office operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
