What You’ll Do

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk to ensure outstanding guest service, smooth check-in/check-out procedures, accurate billing, and effective team management. This role partners closely with hotel leadership to drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance.

  • Lead, train, and supervise front desk associates to ensure professional and efficient service.
  • Manage daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, billing, and reservations.
  • Resolve guest concerns and service issues promptly with professionalism and care.
  • Monitor and manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage while controlling labor costs.
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests.
  • Prepare and review daily reports including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of front office staff.
  • Support sales and revenue efforts by promoting hotel services and upselling opportunities.
