Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas is seeking a friendly Patient Services Representative for the evening shift at our Katy, TX outpatient imaging clinic. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients and guiding them through registration with care and accuracy.

Responsibilities include verifying referrals, collecting co-pays, updating records, and scheduling appointments while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration.
• Verify referrals/authorizations and exam prep.
• Collect co-pays and manage patient accounts.
• Schedule appointments and walk-ins with doctor’s orders.
• Provide clear communication and support during visits.
• Healthcare/front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
