State Street Markets (“SSM”) is looking for an AVP to join the SSM Risk and FRM team in Boston. The team manages Credit, Market, and Model Risk as the First Line of Defence across SSM’s business units, including Financing Solutions, FX Sales & Trading, and Portfolio Solutions. Additionally, Financial Resource Management (‘FRM’), covering allocation, monitoring, and optimisation of capital, funding, and liquidity is performed.
Reporting to the Head of Front Office Credit Risk in Boston, this AVP role is responsible for first line credit risk management across multiple business units within SSM. Traditional counterparty credit analysis skills and trading product knowledge are prerequisites for success. The ideal candidate will have a background in Capital Markets with exposure to FX and OTC Derivatives. These prerequisites will position the candidate for success in their support of multiple SSM product offerings. Demonstrated experience in credit risk analysis of a wide variety of counterparties, including financial institutions and alternative funds is of central importance. The role is in Boston, with a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.
$90,000 - $157,500 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
