Job Description

The Front Office Coordinator performs a variety of duties related to insurance authorization for patients and their physicians. They handle general office tasks such as greeting patients and visitors, collecting registration and billing data, entering patient charges, scheduling tests, assembling patient charts, and filing. The role may include entering data into the outcomes database, maintaining office equipment, and ordering supplies. The coordinator is responsible for the smooth daily operation of the center and has full access to patient information.

Shift

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of medical office experience
  • Coding experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, web-based databases, and internet
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solver, resilient, dependable, team-oriented
  • Ability to pass basic FIT test, including walking, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, sitting for extended periods, and lifting up to 30 pounds
