Job description
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our client's Madison office.
Primary Duties
  • Client & Team Support: Act as the central point of contact for internal staff and external clients, ensuring timely and courteous communication.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and maintain accurate message logs.
  • Administrative Coordination: Oversee office logistics including supply ordering, mail handling (USPS, FedEx, DHL), and vendor coordination.
  • Workspace Oversight: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment, promoting health and safety standards.
  • Scheduling & Time Management: Manage calendars, book meeting rooms, and coordinate appointments to optimize team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain filing systems to support efficient document retrieval and storage.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure supplies are always available.
  • Evaluate vendors regularly to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
  • Greet guests professionally and provide accurate information or assistance as needed.
  • Respond to voicemails and emails promptly, ensuring no communication goes unanswered.

Pay: $50,000 - $55,000

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
