The Front Office Associate plays a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, and accurate service. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, efficiently and accurately completing sales and service transactions at the cash registers, as well as handling customer issues that may arise on the sales floor and during the checkout process. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's brand, ensuring continuous delivery of outstanding customer service.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Rent AFW vehicles to our customers, and process financing applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during the point of sale process.
- Respond and conduct public address system announcements.
- Identify and read reports, tickets, and UPC labels.
- Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently at point-of-sale.
- Execute consistent operational and selling processes.
- Educate customers and employees on our Satisfaction Guaranteed return policy.
- Coordinate and work effectively with multiple departments to continuously improve processes, maximize efficiency, and exceed customer service expectations.
- Take ownership to enhance customer experience.
- Partner with all other departments to ensure customers' needs are met and processes are completed per policy.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures.
- All other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager, Store, Regional, or Operations Manager as directed.
Compensation Package
Pay rate: Starting at $18/hour and up DOE
Pay Grade B: $16.00 - $29.71
Supervision Given and Received
This position does not supervise staff. This position is supervised directly by the Front Office Manager depending on location.

Computer Skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, type 35+ wpm, advanced familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), advanced internet research skills, and experience with STORIS.
Certificates and Licenses
Certifications and licenses related to business and safety are preferred.
Education and Experience
High school diploma required. Four-year college or university program degree preferred; or two to four years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands
- Requires the ability to maneuver in confined and at times congested areas.
- Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours a day.
- Required to be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.
