Total Care Dental in Madison, WI is seeking a Front Office Associate to be the first point of contact. You will welcome patients, manage check-in/check-out, answer calls, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and collect payments in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Experience in a dental front office is preferred, but training is available. The role emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork within a supportive practice.
