Jacksonville Dental Specialists is seeking a Front Office Associate to be the first point of contact for patients. You will warmly welcome guests, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and manage a smooth check-in/check-out flow.

A friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented attitude will help you deliver exceptional patient experiences in a busy practice. This role requires comfort with dental software and the ability to multitask while maintaining an organized, professional front desk.
