Claxton Family Dentistry is seeking a Front Office Associate to be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in/check-out, scheduling, and insurance verification. You will maintain a courteous, organized front desk and support a welcoming practice environment.
The ideal candidate has dental front office experience, is comfortable with practice management software, and brings strong customer service and attention to detail to the team.

Welcome patients and manage the check-in/check-out process
Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and answer phones
Maintain an organized and professional front desk environment
Experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred
Comfortable with dental practice software and multitasking
Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to consistently provide positive first impressions
