Ideal Dental is seeking a Front Office Associate to greet guests, deliver outstanding service, and manage appointments with a friendly, professional presence. You’ll coordinate financial agreements, keep the front desk organized, and support the team across offices as needed.

DeNovo offices may require travel, so a flexible attitude helps. Join a growing, clinician-led practice that puts patients and staff first.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure each guest has a positive experience
• Efficiently managing appointment confirmations and adjusting schedules to keep things running smoothly
• Coordinating financial agreements and ensuring clarity for guests
• Maintaining a clear, organized, and inviting office environment for both guests and team members
• Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the office and team
