Job description

Title: Front Office Assistant Team Leader

Location: Long Beach, CA

Department: Facility Operations

Status: Full-time

Shift: Days (8hr shifts)Rotating Week 1.Monday through Friday 830-530Week 2:Wednesday through Sunday (Saturday and Sunday 830a-5p)

Pay Range: $21.50 - $30.65/hour

Purpose Statement / Position Summary
Supports leadership in coordinating and facilitating the Front Office Operations of the clinical site(s) as
assigned utilizing the five (5) Simply Better steps with every patient team member interaction.

  • Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
    1. Must have the ability, skill-set, qualifications, education, and licensure that are required for all the
    responsibilities this position must cover.
    2. Must excel in communication (written & verbal), customer service and can work independently or as
    part of a team.
    3. Must excel in prioritization, organization and multi-tasking while demonstrating attention to detail and
    follow through.
    4. Can utilize critical thinking skills to identify issues, problem solve to logical conclusion, demonstrate
    initiative, and be responsible.
    5. Ensure optimal Front Office patient flow to guarantee an environment of quality patient care.
    6. Be at work and be on time.
    7. Follow company policies, procedures and directives.
    8. Interact in a positive and constructive manner.
    9. Prioritize and multitask.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
