Day in the Life of a Front Office Assistant
  • Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offering a high-quality experience.
  • Guide new patients through their intake process, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
  • Maintain daily financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with medical and clinical staff for patient intakes.
  • Provide clerical and logistical support.
  • Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration is preferred.
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus.
Hours and Schedule

Flexibility to support weekends and evenings as needed. Expected hours are 37-40 hours per week. The primary location is New Kensington, with additional travel to Clarion.
