Our outpatient clinics are located in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia, serving over 26,500 patients.

Day in the Life of a Front Office Assistant
  • Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting with daily operations.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and offer a "white glove" experience.
  • Guide new patients through their intake process, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
  • Maintain daily financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with medical and clinical staff for patient intakes.
  • Provide clerical and logistical support.
  • Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
  • Lived experience with addiction is a plus.
Hours, Schedule, and Travel

Flexible schedule supporting weekends and evenings as needed. Expected hours are 37-40 hours per week. Travel to locations in Johnstown, Altoona, Somerset, Indiana, and Northern Cambria, PA is required.
